We continue the adventures of our Dan and Phil hybrid 'Dil Howlter' by deciding to build a house! And what a terrible idea it turns out to be.

It's special like the disappointing child you still love but know there's something wrong with it.

• They choose to build the Howlter Residence on Potter's Splay lot in Willow Creek.
• Phil says that one of his sims died in the oven incident of 2012, but then refused to elaborate on that.
• Phil also said that "someone" at his university used to pee in the sink, but refused to call any names.
• Dan and Phil say the phrase "Est-ce qu’il y a une salle de jeux?", which appareantly translates to "Is there a game room?".
• This video marks the first appearance of the owl slide and porcelain pig.
